Acclaimed New Orleans chef John Besh (Restaurant August) bought this Northshore landmark shortly before founder chef/owner Chris Kerageorgiou’s death.  A Northshore native, Besh has breathed new life into the restaurant while paying homage to his late mentor and the food of Provence. The talented Rene Bajeux, formerly of Rene Bistrot in New Orleans, is now executive chef.
